"Manaka" - the deity of the Turks
An image 5000 years old was found in Altai.
In Hinduism there is a fertility goddess, Manasa, a woman with seven snakes around her head. A similar "hydra" Chicomecatl (inheritance from the Aztecs) is painted in temples throughout Mexico.
In ancient times, the whole world painted the same idols. And they had snake heads.
